Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Groricery handles delivery of orders placed on the Groricery platform. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We are actively expanding our network. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Orders below ₹10000: A flat delivery charge of ₹40 applies.
  • Orders above ₹10000: Free delivery.
  • Bulk orders (25 kg and above): Delivery charges are calculated based on quantity and destination. You will be informed of any additional charges before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and other major cities: 1–3 working days
  • District headquarters and tier-2 towns: 2–4 working days
  • Rural and remote areas: 3–6 working days

These are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals or logistics disruptions. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available. You can also check your order status under My Orders in your account.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and pincode are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

6. Bulk Order Delivery

For wholesale or bulk orders, our logistics team will coordinate directly with you to arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time. Large consignments may be delivered on specific days of the week.

7. Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
