1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an order on this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are ordering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on Groricery are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order will be the final price charged.
3. Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or notification from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Groricery is designed to serve agents, retailers and wholesale buyers. Minimum order quantities apply to certain product categories. For large or custom bulk orders, please contact us directly at support@groricery.com for pricing and logistics arrangements.
5. Payment
We accept online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) and direct bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS). Payment must be completed before dispatch. For bank transfer orders, dispatch will begin only after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Delivery timelines and charges are as described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the property of Groricery or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Groricery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our total liability in any matter arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of that transaction.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
